Crispy Chicken Empanada

  • In a bowl, add ground chicken, egg, white onion, cilantro, salt, and breadcrumbs, mix.
  • Make small balls with a dent to fill with diced ham and cheese, cover and flatten to form an empanada.
  • In a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and cook the chicken empanadas for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • To finish, serve the empanadas accompanied by a fresh lettuce salad.
