Crispy Chicken Wings

Delicious super crispy chicken wings. A great snack or main dish for kids.

  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 2 limes, small
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Milpa Real® tostada shell
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1.5 cups wheat flour
  • 1.5 cups bread flour
  • 1 egg, battered
  • 200 milliliters vegetable oil

  • Marinate the washed wings in a bowl, adding lemon juice, seasoning, mustard, soy sauce, and pepper, and let them marinate for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a small pot with oil. In a separate flat plate, combine all-purpose flour and corn flour. Take each wing, dip it in the beaten egg, then in the flour, and coat each one well.
  • Fry the wings in oil and let them brown on each side. Once browned, place them on absorbent paper towels.
  • Serve hot.
