Delicious Chicken Casserole

If you don't have much time to cook but want to make something delicious and filling, this chicken casserole is perfect. It contains pieces of chicken and a mix of carrots and potatoes, which, besides being healthy, will give you energy all day.

  • 1 boneless chicken breast, and skinless
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook With Salt margarine
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, in medium cubes
  • 2 carrots, peeled and in pieces
  • 1 tomato, in large cubes
  • 2 leaves bay
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cubes Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Season the chicken with black pepper on both sides.
  • Melt the Margarina Primavera® in a casserole and sauté the garlic with the onion. Once browned, add the chicken and cook until golden on all sides.
  • Add the vegetables and the bay leaf. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Pour in the water, the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cubes and wait for it to come to a boil.
  • Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  • Serve.
