Ingredients: 1 boneless chicken breast, and skinless; 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper; 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook With Salt margarine; 1 clove garlic, chopped; 1/2 onions, sliced; 2 potatoes, in medium cubes; 2 carrots, peeled and in pieces; 1 tomato, in large cubes; 2 leaves bay; 1 cup water; 2 cubes Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

Season the chicken with black pepper on both sides. Melt the Margarina Primavera® in a casserole and sauté the garlic with the onion. Once browned, add the chicken and cook until golden on all sides.
