Delicious Chipotle Chicken Fajitas

  • 1 clove garlic, without skin
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups chicken fajitas

  • flour tortillas, for the tacos
  • guacamole, for serving

  • Blend the garlic, sour cream, milk, and adobo chipotle pepper until fully integrated. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté the onion over medium heat until it takes on a translucent hue. Add the chicken fajitas, season with salt and pepper, lower the heat, and cook for 10 minutes or until they begin to take on a more golden color. Pour in the blended mixture and season with salt and pepper; cook for another 10 minutes over low medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Make tacos with flour tortillas and serve with guacamole.
