Blend the garlic, sour cream, milk, and adobo chipotle pepper until fully integrated. Set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté the onion over medium heat until it takes on a translucent hue. Add the chicken fajitas, season with salt and pepper, lower the heat, and cook for 10 minutes or until they begin to take on a more golden color. Pour in the blended mixture and season with salt and pepper; cook for another 10 minutes over low medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
