Delicious Onion Steaks

  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red bell peppers
  • 1/2 green bell peppers
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sprig cilantro
  • 2 bananas, green
  • 2 avocados

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  • Cut the tomato, onions, and bell peppers into julienne strips and the 2 garlic cloves into small cubes.
  • Peel the plantains and cut them into slices, fry until golden brown. Cut the avocado into strips.
  • In a pan with oil, sauté the steaks, keeping the temperature low to allow them to release their juices.
  • Sauté the garlic cloves, onion, and bell peppers in a pan, season with salt and pepper, and when the onion is slightly translucent, add the tomato.
  • Add the vegetables to the pan with the steaks along with the tomato sauce and soy sauce, then cover the pan and lower the temperature.
