1/2 red bell peppers
1/2 green bell peppers
1/2 yellow bell peppers
2 cloves garlic
3 tomatillos
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoons pepper
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 sprig cilantro
2 bananas, green
2 avocados

Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Cut the tomato, onions, and bell peppers into julienne strips and the 2 garlic cloves into small cubes.
Peel the plantains and cut them into slices, fry until golden brown. Cut the avocado into strips.
In a pan with oil, sauté the steaks, keeping the temperature low to allow them to release their juices.
Sauté the garlic cloves, onion, and bell peppers in a pan, season with salt and pepper, and when the onion is slightly translucent, add the tomato.
Add the vegetables to the pan with the steaks along with the tomato sauce and soy sauce, then cover the pan and lower the temperature.
