On a plate, place the steaks in the center with the vegetables, and on the sides, the fried plantains and avocado.
Tips
The steaks should not be overcooked, as they can become tough.
The plantains are best when cut thin and fried twice. They should always be made in the last 10 minutes to prevent them from getting soft and cold.
If you like flavored avocado, you can drizzle a little olive oil and salt to taste.
