Enjoy this typical northern dish with its exquisite combination of meats; it is an ideal recipe for family meals and the best part is that it is very easy to prepare.

  • 500 grams pork leg
  • 500 grams black beef pulp
  • 500 grams skirt steak
  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 onions, cut into cubes
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups water
  • salsa, of chili piquín

  • Cut the 3 varieties of meat into medium-sized cubes, ensuring they are of the same size.
  • Heat a metal disc or large skillet, fry the bacon. Add the onion and bell pepper, cooking while stirring constantly until the vegetables are slightly browned.
  • Add the pork leg and beef, cook until browned.
  • Add the arrachera, season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth and mix.
  • Add the water, cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
