Easy Cajun Chicken

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, for the Cajun
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika, for the Cajun

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the Cajun
  • 1/2 tablespoons chile powder, for the Cajun
  • 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper, for the Cajun
  • 1/4 tablespoons pepper, freshly ground, for the Cajun
  • 2 chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted, for the chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for the chicken
  • chives, finely chopped, for garnish
  • white rice, cooked, for serving

  • In a bowl, mix the garlic, butter, and oil.
  • Place the chicken on a cutting board and brush it with the previous mixture. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the sugar, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and freshly ground pepper with a spoon and set aside.
  • Using a spoon, coat the breasts with the previous spice mixture and place them on the rack included with the T-Fal easy fry and place in the air fryer, close perfectly, select the chicken option, and let the fryer start the process.
  • Serve on a plate, garnish with green onions, and accompany with white rice.
