450 grams chicken, ground
1 cup breadcrumbs, whole wheat
1/4 cups reduced fat milk
1 egg, large, lightly beaten
1 onion, small, finely chopped
1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1 can tomato, in pieces

Preheat the oven, and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine the chicken with the breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined.
Form 12 meatballs with your hands and place them on the baking sheet.
Cook until they turn brown, about 10 minutes. Carefully add the tomatoes to the meatballs and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
