  • Preheat the oven, and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine the chicken with the breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined.
  • Form 12 meatballs with your hands and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Cook until they turn brown, about 10 minutes. Carefully add the tomatoes to the meatballs and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
