Fried Chicken Sliders

Sliders are small hamburgers, and this recipe is made with crispy fried chicken drizzled with a bit of buffalo sauce and honey, between two small, fluffy buns, plus it is served with McCormick® mayo DIP.

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 600 grams chicken breast, in strips
  • salt, for seasoning the chicken
  • pepper, for seasoning the chicken
  • paprika, for seasoning the chicken
  • 4 cups flour
  • salt, for the flour
  • pepper, for the flour
  • paprika, for the flour
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 6 cups vegetable oil, for frying
  • bread for sliders
  • butter
  • buffalo sauce, for wings
  • honey
  • Manchego cheese, in slices
  • 1 jar McCormick® mayo DIP cream and onion, for serving

  • Mix the milk with lemon juice in a bowl and marinate the chicken strips. Let sit for 2 hours.
  • Strain the milk from the chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Mix the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika, then divide the flour mixture into two bowls.
  • Coat the chicken strips in flour, then in egg, and again in the flour from the second bowl.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat, and once hot, fry each chicken strip for about 8 minutes. Remove from the oil and drain.
  • Assemble the sliders: Spread butter on the bread, place the fried chicken, drizzle with buffalo sauce, honey, and add a slice of manchego cheese.
  • Dip the fried chicken sliders in McCormick® mayo DIP cream and onion and enjoy.
