Garlic Beef Rib

  • 2 heads garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt

  • Wash the rib.
  • Wash, peel, and crush the garlic.
  • Season the rib with salt and garlic.
  • Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Place the beef rib in a baking dish with a rack.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Put the rib in the oven for 1 hour.
  • Remove the rib from the oven and let it rest.
