Glazed Ham with Brown Sugar and Basil

  • 1 smoked ham, 2 kg
  • 1 cup Great Value® raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 tablespoons basil, minced
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 2 sprigs basil

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the brown sugar, add the pineapple juice, cinnamon, cloves, basil, and white wine.
  • Let it cook until it reduces and starts to thicken. Cool and set aside.
  • On a baking tray, place the smoked ham, make diamond cuts on the ham, and pour half of the glaze over it.
  • Bake for one hour. Let cool, slice, and serve with more glaze, garnishing with basil leaves. Buy HERE
