Grilled Chicken with Paprika

  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 2 leaves baked juicy Maggi®
  • 1 cup broccoli flower
  • 1 tomatillo, chopped
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • 1/4 cups parsley
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons lime pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Roast the broccoli florets in the oven with a little oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the tomato, onion, and avocado into cubes.
  • Mix together with the broccoli, soy sauce, cilantro, parsley, and lemon pepper in a bowl and season to taste.
  • Grill the chicken breasts in the pan with the seasoning slices and serve with the cauliflower ceviche on top.
