2 chicken breasts, flattened
2 leaves baked juicy Maggi®
1 cup broccoli flower
1 tomatillo, chopped
1/2 red onions
1/2 avocados
1/4 cups cilantro
1/4 cups parsley
1 lime
1/4 cups soy sauce
1/4 cups olive oil
1/2 tablespoons lime pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Roast the broccoli florets in the oven with a little oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
Cut the tomato, onion, and avocado into cubes.
Mix together with the broccoli, soy sauce, cilantro, parsley, and lemon pepper in a bowl and season to taste.
Grill the chicken breasts in the pan with the seasoning slices and serve with the cauliflower ceviche on top.
