Beef and Pineapple Skewers

For those who love practicality, I bring you this recipe. It is delicious, exotic, and extremely easy. The flavors combine perfectly, and if served with rice or salad, even better.

1 kilo skirt steak, or thick cut sirloin
barbecue sauce
1/4 cups olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
oregano
pinches salt, and pepper
1 red onion
1/2 pineapples

Cut the meat into cubes, marinate it in a bowl. Add wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil.
Cut the red onion into large squares and the pineapple into triangles or cubes.
Insert a cube of meat, one of onion, and one of pineapple onto each soaked skewer. Make as many skewers as you desire.
You can brush the skewers with barbecue sauce before placing them on the grill.
Take them to a grill or pan and cook on each side for about 5 minutes or until they are golden brown and the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
