500 grams ground meat
1 carrot, diced into small cubes
1 leaf bay
1 cube chicken bullion
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, julienne cut
1 green bell pepper, julienne cut
1 onion, julienne cut
2 Jalapeño chiles, seedless, julienne cut
2 serrano chiles, seedless and julienne cut
1 tomatillo, in cubes
1 garlic, finely chopped

Put the ground meat in a pot with plenty of water to boil with the Knorr cube, carrot, finely chopped onion, bay leaf, and salt for about 25 minutes.
Once the other ingredients are cut, fry the bell peppers with the onion for 10 minutes.
Add the two chiles along with the garlic and fry for 5 more minutes.
Add the tomato and fry for 5 more minutes.
After this, once the meat is cooked, combine everything and let it sit for 10 minutes, and it is ready to serve.
