  • 500 grams ground meat
  • 1 carrot, diced into small cubes
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 1 cube chicken bullion
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienne cut
  • 1 green bell pepper, julienne cut
  • 1 onion, julienne cut
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles, seedless, julienne cut
  • 2 serrano chiles, seedless and julienne cut
  • 1 tomatillo, in cubes
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped

  • Put the ground meat in a pot with plenty of water to boil with the Knorr cube, carrot, finely chopped onion, bay leaf, and salt for about 25 minutes.
  • Once the other ingredients are cut, fry the bell peppers with the onion for 10 minutes.
  • Add the two chiles along with the garlic and fry for 5 more minutes.
  • Add the tomato and fry for 5 more minutes.
  • After this, once the meat is cooked, combine everything and let it sit for 10 minutes, and it is ready to serve.
