1 kilo ground meat

Chop the onion finely.
In a hot skillet over medium heat, pour in some oil and add the onion. Cook until it becomes transparent.
Add the ground meat, salt to taste, and mix until the meat no longer releases its juices.
Let the meat brown a little over low heat, stirring constantly.
Serve hot.
