Breaded and lightly fried ham croquettes. A very tasty and simple recipe to prepare, these croquettes include a bit of bell pepper and onion that give them a lot of flavor and make them something different; be sure to try them.

250 grams turkey deli ham, chopped
1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
1 dash cow's milk
breadcrumbs, for breading
2 onions, finely chopped
2 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 cups tomato purée
1/8 cups fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cups sour cream
10 milliliters vegetable oil, for frying

In a large skillet, sauté the ham, onions, peppers, and garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the tomato puree and caramelize.
Add the parsley, cream, a splash of milk, and ½ cup of flour.
In a food processor, pour in the mixture (once cooled) and make a ham dough.
Make small croquettes with the dough and bread them with the egg and the remaining ½ cup of flour.
Heat the frying oil in a skillet and fry the croquettes until they are golden brown.
Serve.
