  • 1/2 cups chorizo
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 1 cup onion, cut into strips
  • 1 cup sausages, sliced
  • 1 cup deli ham, cut into small cubes
  • 1 kilo pork steak, cut into cubes

  • 1 cup Embasa® tomato sauce for dressing, 380 g
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, for the sauce
  • 1 cup peanuts, for the sauce
  • 10 árbol chiles, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups water
  • flour tortillas, for serving
  • avocado, for serving

  • Cook the chorizo with the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until both are golden and change color, then add the onion and sauté until it becomes transparent.
  • Add the ham, pork steaks, season with salt and pepper, and then add Embasa® tomato sauce to dress. Finally, add the pineapple and Manchego cheese, cover, and cook for 10 more minutes.
  • For the peanut sauce: Heat the oil and fry the peanuts, tree chiles, onion, and garlic cloves in a skillet over medium heat, then add the water and season with salt and pepper. Blend the sauce and set aside.
  • Serve the skewer accompanied by flour tortillas. Pair with sauce and avocado.
