Ingredients: 1/2 cups chorizo; 1 cup bacon; 1 cup onion, cut into strips; 1 cup sausages, sliced; 1 cup deli ham, cut into small cubes; 1 kilo pork steak, cut into cubes; salt; pepper; 1 cup Embasa® tomato sauce for dressing, 380 g; 1 cup pineapple, cut into cubes; 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated; 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, for the sauce; 1 cup peanuts, for the sauce; 10 árbol chiles, for the sauce; 1/4 onions, for the sauce; 2 cloves garlic, for the sauce; 1/2 cups water; flour tortillas, for serving; avocado, for serving

Cook the chorizo with the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until both are golden and change color, then add the onion and sauté until it becomes transparent.
