In a bowl, mash the garlic with a spoon until you have a puree, add the butter, salt, McCormick® Gourmet Organic Herbs de Provence, McCormick® Gourmet Organic Rosemary, McCormick® Gourmet Organic Ground Pepper and mix until completely combined.
On a cutting board, tie the loin with cotton string. Place on a baking tray and brush the loin completely, then sprinkle with McCormick® Gourmet Organic Herbs de Provence and McCormick® Gourmet Organic Rosemary, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour at 190°C.
Remove the aluminum foil, add the potatoes and bake for another 30 minutes at 190°C.
For the sauce, in a small pot heat the cream, evaporated milk, butter, lemon juice, white wine, lemon zest, season with salt and McCormick® Gourmet Organic Ground Pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Set aside.
On a cutting board, slice the loin, serve on a plate with sauce and accompanied by vegetables.
