Ingredients: 8 garlic, roasted; 1 cup butter, at room temperature; 1 teaspoon salt; 5 tablespoons McCormick® gourmet organic provencal herbs; 5 tablespoons Romero McCormick® Gourmet Organic; 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet organic ground pepper; 1 pork loin, 2 kilos; 2 cups new potatoes, cut in half; 2 cups sour cream, for the sauce; 1/2 cups evaporated milk, for the sauce; 3 tablespoons butter, for the sauce; 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the sauce; 1/3 cups white wine, for the sauce; 1 teaspoon lemon zest, for the sauce; vegetables, steamed, for serving

In a bowl, mash the garlic with a spoon until you have a puree, add the butter, salt, McCormick® Gourmet Organic Herbs de Provence, McCormick® Gourmet Organic Rosemary, McCormick® Gourmet Organic Ground Pepper and mix until completely combined. On a cutting board, tie the loin with cotton string. Place on a baking tray and brush the loin completely, then sprinkle with McCormick® Gourmet Organic Herbs de Provence and McCormick® Gourmet Organic Rosemary, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour at 190°C.
