1 kilo pork shoulder
1/2 sticks achiote
5 grains black pepper
1/2 teaspoons cumin
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 cups water
1 cube chicken bullion
1/2 oranges, squeezed
3 leaves banana

Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces and place in the pressure cooker, covered with banana leaves.
Blend the remaining ingredients and pour into the pot over the meat, then cover with more banana leaves.
Place the pot on the heat, and when steam escapes or it starts to wiggle, lower the heat and cook for about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Let it cool and uncover, shred the meat and mix with the juice it released.
