Homemade Discada

This is the perfect recipe to prepare a discada with few ingredients.

  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 sausages
  • 150 grams bacon
  • 1 chorizo
  • 100 grams deli ham
  • 120 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/2 kilos flour tortillas

  • Sauté the bacon in a skillet, then add the onion and bell pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the chorizo and sausages, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for 15 minutes and serve.
