This turkey stuffing, unlike the traditional meat one, is made with bread, sausages, aromatic herbs, vegetables, fruit, and more.
This recipe is ideal as a side dish for celebrations like Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add butter, wait for it to melt a bit, and add the onion and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes and then add the bacon, celery, and finally the apple. Cook until everything is perfectly browned and remove.
Mix the egg, turkey or chicken broth, heavy cream, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk with a balloon whisk and set aside.
Mix what you cooked in the skillet with the bread and pour in the egg, stir gently.
Pour the bread and meat mixture into a mold and bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
