Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add butter, wait for it to melt a bit, and add the onion and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes and then add the bacon, celery, and finally the apple. Cook until everything is perfectly browned and remove. Mix the egg, turkey or chicken broth, heavy cream, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk with a balloon whisk and set aside.
