How to make your turkey juicy?

  • 1 tablespoon honey, for injecting the turkey
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for injecting the turkey

  • 2 cups white wine, for injecting the turkey

  • To inject the turkey, mix in a bowl the mustard along with the honey, melted butter, salt, and pepper until combined. Pour in the white wine and incorporate with circular movements until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Take a special empty syringe for turkey and fill it with the mixture. Inject the turkey starting with the breast, then the legs, and finally the wings; you will notice it beginning to fill with liquid, you can massage the meat to ensure the wine incorporates throughout the piece. Bake and you will get a very juicy turkey!
  • To stuff the turkey, insert cubes of butter, slices of orange, and fresh rosemary sprigs to taste; the juices and fat from the first two ingredients will ensure your turkey cooks with enough liquid and remains juicy. Additionally, the rosemary will flavor the taste of the turkey.
  • Whichever options you choose, remember to cover your turkey with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for a minimum of 50 minutes. You won't believe how juicy it will be.
