To inject the turkey, mix in a bowl the mustard along with the honey, melted butter, salt, and pepper until combined. Pour in the white wine and incorporate with circular movements until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Take a special empty syringe for turkey and fill it with the mixture. Inject the turkey starting with the breast, then the legs, and finally the wings; you will notice it beginning to fill with liquid, you can massage the meat to ensure the wine incorporates throughout the piece. Bake and you will get a very juicy turkey!
