  • We preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • In a very large and deep saucepan, we heat 50 grams of butter, the olive oil, and the meat, season with salt and pepper, let it brown, and add 1 tablespoon of water.
  • We put in a baking dish and finish cooking in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • We remove from the oven, add the rest of the water, the butter, the parsley, and mix.
