Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops with Yoghurt Sauce

  • 1 bunch fresh thyme, without stems
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro seeds
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 mutton chop
  • 7 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 1/2 limes

  • Place the thyme, spices, and parsley in a mortar with the oil and grind for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Press this seasoning onto both surfaces of each chop.
  • Cook the chops on a griddle pan for about 8 minutes until fully cooked on both sides.
