In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt and stir in the lemon zest, garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season, and add the cumin.
Mix the leg of lamb with the prepared FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt and stir well. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and fry the meat until browned.
Remove from the skillet, add the oil, and fry the onion until translucent.
Pour in the wine and stir well, then add all remaining ingredients except the olives and artichokes.
Cover the pot and simmer for 2 hours until the meat is tender, then add the olives and artichokes and cook for 10 more minutes.
In a separate container, mix the garlic into the remaining FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt.
Serve the lamb with a tablespoon of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt mixed with garlic and paprika.
