Ingredients: 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt; 1 lime, (zest); 2 cloves garlic, crushed; 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1/4 tablespoons salt, and black pepper; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 4 lamb legs; 1 onion, thinly sliced; 5 1/2 cups dry white wine; 1 cube chicken bullion; 2 cups tomatillo, chopped; 1 tablespoon tomato purée; 1 teaspoon sugar; 2 leaves bay; 2 tablespoons fresh oregano; 3/8 cups kalamata olive; 3/4 cups artichoke, halved; 2 cloves garlic; paprika, for sprinkling

In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt and stir in the lemon zest, garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season, and add the cumin. Mix the leg of lamb with the prepared FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt and stir well. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
