1 rack of lamb
olive oil, (a little)
salt
ground black peppers
1 1/8 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt, (for the marinade)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (for the marinade)
1/2 onions, finely chopped (for the marinade)
1 teaspoon chile flakes
1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped

Whisk all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
Place the lamb and season.
Rub the lamb with the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt marinade on both sides.
Place in a freezer bag and add the marinade, refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
To cook: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and heat olive oil in a skillet or baking dish.
Sear the lamb and roast in the oven for 2 and a half hours.
