Spiced Lamb

Try this recipe for a special dinner, this spiced lamb is tender because it is marinated in spices and FAGE Total Greek yogurt.

  • 1 rack of lamb
  • olive oil, (a little)
  • salt
  • ground black peppers
  • 1 1/8 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt, (for the marinade)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (for the marinade)
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped (for the marinade)
  • 1 teaspoon chile flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped

  • Whisk all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
  • Place the lamb and season.
  • Rub the lamb with the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt marinade on both sides.
  • Place in a freezer bag and add the marinade, refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
  • To cook: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and heat olive oil in a skillet or baking dish.
  • Sear the lamb and roast in the oven for 2 and a half hours.
