Lemon Cauliflower Soup

Try this delicious cauliflower and carrot soup with a little tang from the lemon. Perfect for a rainy, cold day. An easy and tasty dish that you'll want to share with your whole family.

  • 2 Knorr® beef bouillon, cubes
  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 200 grams beef tenderloin, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, strained
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic, medium cloves
  • 6 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
  • 4 cups water, hot

  • In a medium pot, melt the Margarina Primavera Chantilly® Sin Sal and sauté the garlic and onion. Add the beef fillet and sauté for a few minutes until lightly browned. Stir constantly to prevent the garlic from burning.
  • Add and mix in the carrot and cauliflower, cook for one minute. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  • Add and dissolve the two Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon cubes, cover, and let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes. Add the lemon juice before serving. Serve hot.
