Try this delicious cauliflower and carrot soup with a little tang from the lemon. Perfect for a rainy, cold day. An easy and tasty dish that you'll want to share with your whole family.
In a medium pot, melt the Margarina Primavera Chantilly® Sin Sal and sauté the garlic and onion. Add the beef fillet and sauté for a few minutes until lightly browned. Stir constantly to prevent the garlic from burning.
Add and mix in the carrot and cauliflower, cook for one minute. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Add and dissolve the two Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon cubes, cover, and let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes. Add the lemon juice before serving.
Serve hot.
