Lemon Chicken Scaloppine

Easy chicken recipe with a bit of lemon and breaded with touches of paprika.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups water, or white wine
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • parsley, chopped
  • chives, chopped

  • Put the flour on a plate with paprika. Mix well and coat the chicken breasts. Then, brown them in butter, turning them over.
  • Add salt and let them cook well.
  • Remove them and place in a baking dish. In the same pan, add the green onions, then the lemon juice and a little water (3-4 tablespoons). Taste for salt and pour the juice over the chicken, sprinkling with parsley.
  • You can put it in the oven to keep it warm.
