Wash the chicken thoroughly, preferably remove the skin and the mucus (the gelatin).
In a non-stick saucepan, place a small slice of butter for each piece of chicken, once it melts, add the chicken and squeeze half a lemon per piece, wait for it to brown for a moment and flip, add another slice of butter, another half lemon per piece, and season with salt and pepper.
From this moment on, lower the heat and keep an eye on it, flipping occasionally to prevent burning.
Place the bunch of cilantro in a cheesecloth bag to remove it when serving, or it can also be blended and poured in until it finishes cooking (optional). Not everyone likes cilantro.
Serve hot preferably.
If you want to reheat it, do so in the microwave in another utensil.
