Ingredients: 8 chicken, thigh and leg; 1 stick butter; 8 limes; 1 bunch fresh cilantro; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste

Wash the chicken thoroughly, preferably remove the skin and the mucus (the gelatin). In a non-stick saucepan, place a small slice of butter for each piece of chicken, once it melts, add the chicken and squeeze half a lemon per piece, wait for it to brown for a moment and flip, add another slice of butter, another half lemon per piece, and season with salt and pepper.
