1 cup whole grain bread crumbs, ground
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cups almonds, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons dried thyme
1/4 cups olive oil
4 chicken breasts, thinly

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, almonds, parsley, garlic, salt, thyme, and a little pepper. Stir well.
Pour the oil into another dish.
Soak the chicken first in the oil and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with paper to prevent sticking.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
