4 chicken breasts, flattened
1/2 cups mustard
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon lime zest
1/3 cups lime juice
1/2 sticks butter, (45 grams)

In a bowl, mix the mustard, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add the chicken and let it marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
Remove from the refrigerator and place the breasts on a baking tray. Put butter on top of them and bake at 120°C for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes, turn off the oven and let the breasts sit for another 10 minutes with the oven off.
