1 kilo pork chump
1/2 onions
1/2 heads garlic
salt
2 ancho chiles, cleaned and soaked
3 árbol chiles, cleaned and soaked
1/4 cinnamon sticks
1 leaf bay
2 cloves
1/4 cups vinegar
1 cup pork broth
corn tortillas, to accompany
Preparation

Cook the pork with onion, garlic, and salt in a pot with water for 1 hour or until tender.
Shred the meat and set aside.
Blend the ancho chiles, árbol chiles, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, and pork broth. Set aside.
Sauté the meat with a bit of oil, season, and pour in the marinade. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve and enjoy in tacos!
