Meat patties are a popular dish in Mexican cuisine, made from shredded beef brisket that is fried and covered in a sauce; either green, red, or with tomato broth. You can serve them with refried beans or white rice.

1 kilo skirt steak, for shredding
1/2 kilos egg
1 pinch pepper
vegetable oil

Wash the meat and cook it in the pressure cooker for 35 minutes, then shred it.
Place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the meat afterwards and mix it. It should have a bit more egg than meat.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry in the shape of patties or small circles.
Drain them on paper towels and serve.
