1 kilo ground beef
2 potatoes
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
150 grams tomato, 150 grams
1/4 cups green olives
3 tablespoons tomato purée
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cups peas
2 carrots, in cubes

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes in the oil for 2 minutes.
Add the meat and cook for 1 more minute.
Add all the remaining ingredients and cook until it boils.
Cover the skillet and reduce to low heat, cook for 25 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
