Ingredients

Servings
600 grams meat, minced
2 carrots, large
750 grams potato
1 yellow onion, large
2 cloves garlic, large
1/2 glasses red wine
2 glasses meat broth
6 tablespoons red beefsteak tomato, fried
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
50 grams unsalted butter
5 tablespoons olive oil
water of roses
table salt
black pepper
Preparation

Medium
To prepare the potato puree, heat 2 liters of water with a small spoonful of salt and cook the potatoes.
When the potatoes are cooked, peel them and make the puree.
Then add the Parmesan cheese, butter, a pinch of ground black pepper, and mix well.
Now we prepare the vegetables for the meat.
Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
Peel the onion and carrot.
Now grate the onion and carrot with the help of a grater.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat.
When hot, add the onion, carrot, and garlic.
Leave on medium-high heat until the vegetables start to take on some color.
Then raise the heat, add the minced meat and half a small spoonful of salt.
When it takes color, add the wine and let it reduce (until it almost disappears).
Then add the beef broth and the fried tomato.
Leave on medium heat uncovered until the broth reduces.
The meat should be left with a very thick and creamy sauce (but it should not be watery).
When ready, taste for salt and if necessary add a little more.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom) with the grill on.
Place the meat in an oven-safe dish and cover the meat with the potato puree we prepared.
Put it in the oven and leave it until the surface of the potato puree turns golden.
