1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups tomato sauce, store-bought

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
Mix well with your hands until everything is incorporated.
Divide the mixture into 12 balls, each about 1/4 cup of the mixture.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the meatballs, turning them occasionally until they are brown, about 10-12 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce.
Wait for it to boil and reduce to medium heat.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until the meat is well cooked.
Serve with white rice or spaghetti.
