What happens if you combine a meatloaf with a pizza? Well, a “Meatza Pie” or also known as “Meat-za Pie”! It sounds like a bad joke, but it’s not bad at all! We get something that looks very much like a pizza but without the dough.

In a bowl, put the ground meat, breadcrumbs, and milk.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well with a good wooden spoon.
Place the meat mixture on a round baking plate or tray and flatten the mixture with your hand or the back of a spoon until it takes the shape of the plate and the surface is smooth.
Cover with the fried tomato until it is uniform and the meat is covered.
Cut the Havarti or Gouda cheese into longitudinal strips approximately 1-1.5 cm wide.
Place the strips of cheese over the fried tomato, designing to taste.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Add oregano, to taste, over the entire surface.
Bake at 205ºC for 20-25 minutes.
