Mixed Skewers

Prepare this delicious mixed skewer recipe. A combination of chicken and beef with green and red bell peppers. Serve it with your choice of sauce and enjoy in tacos.

  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened into cutlets
  • 2 beefsteaks
  • 1 red bell pepper, deveined and seedless, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, deveined and seedless, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
  • 8 corn tortillas, hot

  • In a deep pot or skillet over medium heat, melt the Margarina Primavera Chantilly® Sin Sal and sauté the onion until golden. Once sautéed, add and incorporate the garlic and peppers.
  • Cook the vegetables for about 7 minutes and add the chicken cut into strips. Cook while stirring constantly.
  • Add the meat cut into strips. Mix well and cook for 7 more minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
