1 cup green onion, cut into medium pieces, only the green part

Place the meat on a tray and sprinkle with cornstarch until well covered.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook the meat for 5 minutes or until browned. Set aside.
Add the ginger and garlic to the same skillet, fry for 2 minutes, then add the soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce reduces.
Add the meat and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then add the green onion, mix and set aside.
Serve on a wide plate and decorate with sesame seeds. Accompany with steamed rice.
