Moroccan Chicken Tagine

A delicious Moroccan-style chicken with olives, tomatoes, and spices.

  • 6 chicken, thigh and leg
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon tumeric
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups chicken bullion
  • 1/4 cups olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime peels, grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • pepper , to taste

  • Place the chicken in an oven-safe pot.
  • In a deep baking dish, mix all remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
  • Cover the pot and bake for one hour and fifteen minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
