6 chicken, thigh and leg
1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon tumeric
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cups chicken bullion
1/4 cups olives, chopped
1 tablespoon lime peels, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
pepper , to taste

Place the chicken in an oven-safe pot.
In a deep baking dish, mix all remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Cover the pot and bake for one hour and fifteen minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
