Mustard Pork Loin

  • 1/2 cups Margarine Light Iberia® spread without salt
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Juicy Rib, Rib Broth
  • 2 tablespoons old style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sage, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, thick
  • 2 kilos pork loin, whole, without fat
  • 2 white onions, in eighths
  • 2 carrots, in thick slices
  • 2 sprigs celery, in thick pieces
  • 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons apple purée

  • Mix Light Margarine Iberia® with Knorr® Juicy Rib, mustard, sage, and pepper. Spread this mixture on the pork loin.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and cook the meat until well browned on all sides.
  • In a baking tray, place the onion, apples, carrot, and celery. Separately, mix the apple juice with the puree.
  • Place the pork loin in the tray and drizzle with the apple juice mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 1 hour.
  • Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 40 more minutes or until the meat is tender. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Slice and serve accompanied by the apples, carrots, and small onions.
