1/2 cups Margarine Light Iberia® spread without salt
1 tablespoon Knorr® Juicy Rib, Rib Broth
2 tablespoons old style mustard
1 tablespoon sage, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon ground black pepper, thick
2 kilos pork loin, whole, without fat
2 white onions, in eighths
2 carrots, in thick slices
2 sprigs celery, in thick pieces
1/2 cups apple juice
3 tablespoons apple purée

Mix Light Margarine Iberia® with Knorr® Juicy Rib, mustard, sage, and pepper. Spread this mixture on the pork loin.
Heat a non-stick skillet and cook the meat until well browned on all sides.
In a baking tray, place the onion, apples, carrot, and celery. Separately, mix the apple juice with the puree.
Place the pork loin in the tray and drizzle with the apple juice mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 1 hour.
Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 40 more minutes or until the meat is tender. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve accompanied by the apples, carrots, and small onions.
